Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use x2y.social.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use x2y.social. Additional local restrictions may apply.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account, for keeping your email verified, and for the content you post. You may delete your account and export your data at any time in Settings.

4. Content and licence

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant x2y.social a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, resize, and display your content strictly to operate the service. This licence ends when you delete your content, except for reasonable backups.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Impersonation, harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content involving minors.
• Spam, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or automated scraping.
• Circumventing verification, spoofing badges, or misrepresenting affiliation.
• Infringing intellectual property. See our takedown page.

6. Verification

The x2y verified badge is a server-controlled indicator. Applying for or displaying a badge you have not earned is a violation of these Terms and may lead to permanent suspension.

If your verification application is denied, you are not permitted to submit another request. Pro and Max subscribers automatically receive a creator badge as part of their plan.

7. Automated moderation and law enforcement

All media uploaded to x2y.social is scanned by automated safety systems before publication. Uploads flagged as nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, self-harm, or otherwise illegal content will be blocked automatically.

Where our systems detect sexual or nude content that appears to depict a minor with a confidence of 40% or higher, we will block the upload, immediately suspend the account, preserve the material and associated account records, and report the incident to the appropriate authorities (including NCMEC and applicable law-enforcement agencies) as required by law. Attempting to circumvent this system is a permanent-suspension offence.

You can appeal an automated decision by contacting appeals@x2y.social.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties.
